Marxen PlatformsHospitals
The whole hospital, on one system.
Naadhi is a hospital information system built for Indian hospitals rather than adapted to them. Patient records, wards, theatre, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and claims run as one system, and the clinical intelligence reads the hospital's own history instead of a general corpus.

01
What it runs.
The patient's whole path: outpatient and inpatient, admission to discharge, electronic medical records, bed management, pharmacy dispensing under Schedules H, H1 and X, laboratory and radiology, theatre scheduling, and intensive care flowsheets. Specialty work has its own modules, including cardiology, obstetrics, neonatal intensive care, oncology, ophthalmology, psychiatry, dentistry and orthopaedics.
02
What it settles.
GST invoicing, insurance and third-party administrator claims including PM-JAY, CGHS, ESI and ECHS, double-entry accounting that exports to Tally, payroll, and procurement from request through order to goods receipt.
03
What it is built to.
ABDM, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, NABH, and PCPNDT Form F. The regulator is inside the system rather than inside a consultant's spreadsheet.
04
Asha.
The assistant drafts discharge summaries in the patient's language, checks drug interactions, scores a claim's denial risk before it is filed, drafts infection surveillance returns, and answers a ward census question asked in plain words.
05
Who uses it.
Administrators, doctors, nurses, reception, billing, pharmacy, laboratory and human resources, with a patient-facing path over the web, WhatsApp and telemedicine.
06
Where it runs.
On the hospital's own infrastructure. There is no public tenancy and no data path that leaves the building.
Replaces
a hospital information system, three point tools and a lot of paper.
Built in India. For the people actually using it.
